General Terms
All work will be done digitally and in styles that I have listed in my commission examples.I will post WIPs, speed draws, and finished commissions to my socials and may use them as showcase. Streaming is not guaranteed, but if that's something you'd like me to do, please let me know. If you don't want your commission posted, please inform me before we start.Use of AI in the commission process is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to using it to consult with (i.e. feeding my art to AI and asking for feedback), generating reference images, etc.Failure to comply to these terms may result in banning from future collaborations.Terms are subject to change.

Communication
Communication, drafts, and the final drawing will be sent through DMs on the site you commission me on.I will be contacting you to keep you updated on the process and to remind you about your approval deadlines.Ghosting me or failure to approve by deadlines will result in your commission being canceled. Depending on how far into the commissions stage we are, no refunds will be issued.If you have questions, please DM via the site you are using to commission me or send me an email.

Payment & Refunds

Prices are in $USDI only take commissions on the sites listed above.Prices may vary as each site offers different limits on how I can price commissions.Depending on the site, full payment is paid upfront or right after you request the commission.I try to keep my listings as up to date as I can, but it’s likely I’ll miss updating them to match the current price. If you have questions, message me via email or DMs.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued:
✅ If you cancel the commission before approving the sketch.
✅ If I experience personal things that prevent me from finishing the commission in a timely manner.Refunds will NOT be issued:

🚫 If the Sketch approval deadline has passed and I haven't received a response or approval to continue to the next phase.

References
References are highly recommended and may even be required for some commissions. Please have them ready or be very clear about what you want. The more references, the better!⚠️ Links will not be accepted for references.
I Have The Right To Decline Service
I have the right to decline service if:
The request is something I don't feel comfortable or confident drawing.
A client is being difficult, disrespectful, or is not following these terms.
You used AI to generate your reference images or are using AI during the commission process.

Process, Revisions, & Delivery
Depending on the site, full payment is paid upfront or right after you approve the sketch(es).
Commissions will be done in the order I receive them. (Keep in mind, I offer services on other sites.) Rush orders are NOT available at this time.
Once a concept is approved, it is locked-in. There will be no major changes and refunds will not be issued.
You will have one week to give your approval for any WIPs sent for feedback.
I will keep you updated throughout the whole process, asking for any minor revisions or feedback.
All images sent for approval may be heavily watermarked and lower quality.
Once the final is approved, I will send it via the site commissioned on or through email with my standard watermark.
If there is an instance that the file is too big for either, then the final drawing will be accessible through a Drive link. You will have two weeks to access and download your file.

Revisions
Three revisions are allowed throughout each stage of the commission process.Me asking for feedback on something specific does not count towards your three revisions.
Expected Delivery Dates
Expected Delivery Dates are estimates.
I aim to finish a commission anywhere between 1-2 weeks, but it may vary. Varies due to how detailed the commission is, your place in the queue, and how occupied my time is.

Commission Usage & Sharing
I retain all rights to my artwork. I may use my work as promotion materials, pieces for my portfolio, content to post to my socials, etc.You must tag/credit me if you post or use your commission. Acceptable ways to tag me:

✅ Use commissions for profile pictures, banners, wallpapers/backgrounds, icons, art for free apps and games, and anything not commercialized or monetized. Commercial and Monetizing use are available for double the price.
✅ Use personal commissions to get personal prints or products for yourself.You May NOT:
🚫 Trace, resell, edit, and/or claim my art as your own.
🚫 Remove my watermark.
🚫 Use my work for AI, machine leaning or training, or NFTs and the like.
🚫 Use my art for malicious reasons or to promote harmful behavior.If you’re unsure about something, message me via the platform you’re commissioning me from or email me.
Commercial or Monetizing Commissions
Commercial/Monetizing commissions are works used for marketing and monetizing purposes.Commercial/Monetizing commissions are available for double the price of a personal commission.These works may not be signed, but you must credit me as the artist.Commercial commissions may include:
Anything for videos (intros, outros, transitions, etc.) that are published to a public audience for the purpose of monetizing the video or are used as subscription-based/membership rewards.
Anything used for subscription-based/membership rewards.
Packaging, marketing, and/or branding.
Game assets for priced games.
