By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms below. If you have any questions, you may send me an email regarding your concerns: [email protected]
General Terms
All work will be done digitally and in styles that I have listed in my commission examples.Unless discussed beforehand, all commissions will be signed by me. Do NOT remove my watermark.I will post WIPs, speed draws, and finished commissions to my socials and may use them as showcase. Streaming is not guaranteed, but if that's something you'd like me to do, please let me know. If you don't want your commission posted, please inform me before we start.Failure to comply to these terms may result in banning from future caollaborationsTerms are subject to change.
Communication
Communication, drafts, and the final drawing will be sent through the site you commission me on. (See Payment & Refunds for the sites I take commissions on).I will be contacting you to keep you updated on the process and to remind you about your approval deadlines.Ghosting me or failure to approve by deadlines will result in your commission being canceled. Depending on how far into the commissions stage we are, no refunds will be issued.Use of AI to discuss or to consult with about anything regarding the commission is prohibited (i.e. feeding my art to AI and asking it for feedback.)If you have questions, please message me through the site you are using to commission me or send me an email.
Payment & Refunds
Prices are in $USD
I only take commissions on the sites listed above.Prices may vary as each site offers different limits on how I can price commissions.Depending on the site, full payment is paid upfront or right after you request the commission.I try to keep my listings as up to date as I can, but it’s likely I’ll miss updating some to match the current price. If you have questions, just message me.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued:
✅ If you cancel the commission before approving the sketch.
✅ If something comes up that I'm unable to finish the commission.Refunds will NOT be issued:
🚫 After the sketch is approved.
🚫 If the Sketch approval deadline has passed and I haven't received a response or approval to continue to the next phase.
Will & Will NOT Do
Creating art for profile pictures, banners, game assets, art itself, emotes, and more!

If you're unsure about something, just ask! I can see what I can do or if it's something I'm willing to draw.References are highly recommended and may even be required for some commissions. Please have them ready or be very clear about what you want.
I Have The Right To Decline Service
I have the right to decline service if:
The request is something I don't feel comfortable or confident drawing.
A client is being difficult, disrespectful, or is not following these terms.
You used AI to generate your reference images or are using AI during the process.
The Commission Process & Revisions
You make a request for your commission using one of the [sites] (#payment).
Depending on the site, full payment is paid upfront or right after you request the commission.
I deliver the concept sketch(es) of your commission for you to approve.
Once a sketch is approved, it is locked-in. There will be no major changes and refunds will not be issued.
I will keep you updated throughout the whole process, asking for any minor revisions or approvals.
Once the final is approved, I will send it via the site commissioned on or through email with my standard watermark.
If you'd like, I may contact you to let you know when the speed draw is on available to watch on my YouTube.
You will have one week to give your approval of each stage of the process. Stages may include:
✧ Non-Pixel Art: Concept Sketch --> Lineart --> Colors --> Final Render
✧ Pixel Art: Concept Sketch --> WIPs --> FinalThree revisions are allowed throughout each stage of the commission process.All images sent for approval will be heavily watermarked.
Expected Delivery Dates
Expected Delivery Dates are estimates.
I aim to finish a commission anywhere between 1-2 weeks, but it may vary. Varies due to how detailed the commission is, your place in the queue, and how occupied my time is.
Commission Usage & Sharing
I retain all rights to my artwork. I may use my work as promotion materials, pieces for my portfolio, content to post to my socials, etc.You must tag/credit me if you post or use your commission. Acceptable ways to tag me:

✧ Link to my Carrd✅ You may use commissions for profile pictures, banners, wallpapers/backgrounds, icons, art for free apps and games, and anything not commercialized or monetized. Commercial and Monetizing use are available for double the price.
✅ You may use personal commissions to get personal prints or products for yourself.🚫 Do not trace, resell, or claim my art as your own.
🚫 My art may not be used for AI, machine leaning or training, or NFTs and the like.
🚫 My art is not to be used for malicious reasons or to promote harmful behavior.If you’re unsure about something, message me via the platform you’re commissioning me from or email me.
Commercial or Monetizing Commissions
Commercial/Monetizing commissions are works used for marketing and monetizing purposes.Commercial/Monetizing commissions are available for double the price of a personal commission.These works may not be signed, but you must credit me as the artist.Commercial commissions may include:
Anything for videos (intros, outros, transitions, etc.) that are published to a public audience for the purpose of monetizing the video or are used as subscription-based/membership rewards.
Anything used for subscription-based/membership rewards.
Packaging, marketing, and/or branding.
Game assets for priced games.
